i believe that the mayans predictions are just that predictions, is not a reality they left a great legacy of wisdom for mankind to feel and make a difference on these messages they left for us to change them so life on earth may continue. i learned about the difference we all can make on a book (WISDOM OF THE HEART) by FLORA ROCHA.

What could they possibly know? Theire civilazation has been wiped out for ages... Maybe their clocks are a bit off?

I don't know how peoples create this kind of rumours that in 2012 world will be end. How these such ideas create in humans mind without knowing any truth. Nobody knows the future & the truth . Do not create such things to disturb human minds with so many philosphies & theories.

As i have herd from a guide in Tikal, the mayans simply thought that 2012 will just be the end of their calender, start of something new. Americans have a way of dramatizing everything.

I would like to tell you the following:

The GMT-correlation is not the wright one. AD 2012 is not the year in which the Maya calendar will end.

The only thing that ends is the 5th World of the Maya. After 13.0.0.0.0 4 Ahau 3 Kank'in a new perion of 5200 years will begin.

The mayan calendar is a period of 5125 years which is going to end on 21 dec 2012, then it is going to enter into a new cycle. The end of the world nobody knows it but the way we are abusing our earth resourses that will lead to the deterioration of our earth.

This is another theory. dec 21 2012 is the next time that we will have a perfect solar storm. A solar storm is when the solar flare releses large amount of radiation into space, and the radiation will react to the hemesphare and therefore creating northern lights. but in a perfect solar storm, the weakest part of the hemisphare is facing the direction of the flare. the last time that it happend, all the electronics broke and there were alot of fires and it caused alot of damage. that was way back then and the only electronics that they had was telegrams i think so imagine what will happen this time.....

I don't really know what to say. But is the phenomenum true. Cause if it's true that means the word will end on the 21st of december 2012.

I am not belive of Phenomenon 2012 which one from the mayan History.In Real Islamic History it is going against our views. It is not truth it will show sign of some people than it will be end of life.
