There is always a bit of wisdom that you can get from our elders every day. Their vast experiences will tell you much about the world we are now leaving in. In the past, and even today, elders are much respected for this wisdom.
In a tribal setting, elders are respected in an even deeper manner. This is chronicled in the biography of Pauline Murillo, an elder of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians.
